VL - do not, as they say, get me started on Cockermouth parking restrictions. I had an exchange with one of their suave & charming wardens the other day that was straight out of H2G2 - Well Mr Graham, the restriction's quite clearly signposted on that 2-inch square mud-encrusted antique sign two blocks away at the end of the street . . . It's all we need to do to inform you that you can't park here . . .. . Acca Acca Acca . . .
